Manapouri – 3 BR Family Home

Featuring cathedral ceilings and cathedral windows, the latest addition to our Solid Timber range of homes is built for a little bit of luxury. Relax in the outdoor space, or by the fire in the open plan living areas with a glass of wine. With a private lounge and master bedroom, any day can feel like a holiday.

As with all of our Solid Timber homes, the Manapouri is made from sustainably grown NZ timber so is an environmentally sound choice. Upon completion, this home is actually carbon negative.

Earthquake resistance, extreme durability and versatility. As well as all the benefits of living in a naturally healthy home which is cool in summer and warm in winter are just part of living in any of our Solid Timber homes.

We’ve designed The Manapouri so that the home can be purchased and constructed separately at different times – either with the main Living Pod, or just the Master Pod. Giving you the flexibility to buy one now, and the other later. Plenty of options available, just ask.
