Wellington born Natalie Sisson has had a love of housing since she was in diapers. An addiction to attending open homes saw her buying her first house at age 21, and she’s since gone on to buy, renovate, build and invest in properties around the world. She’s also a passionate traveller and been to 70 countries while building her global coaching business focused on women building profitable businesses from anywhere.
Tasmanian born Joshua Vial has had a love of solving problems and working on impact projects since his teens. That’s why he founded Enspiral in 2010, a community of people doing meaningful work together and Dev Academy in 2013, NZ’s premier full-immersion web development bootcamp.
When they met in the summer of 2016, at an event focused on addressing global challenges from Aotearoa that make a lasting positive impact on the world, they fell in love with each other, and Mangaroa Valley where the event was held. They had a complete lifestyle change and now live just down the road, in the home of their dreams, spending their time stewarding their 10 acre property and while working towards food, energy and water resilience for them and their community.
They were researching options to put another dwelling on their land, when friends introduced them to Fraemohs. With 30 years business experience between them and a passion for quality, long term relationships and top notch service, Natalie and Joshua were immediately impressed with the Fraemohs way of doing business and didn’t hesitate to join the Fraemohs family.
They’re passionate about helping people design and build the house of their dreams.
