A Dream Kitset Build Brought to Life

Our client, Tracey, selected a Fraemohs kitset which allowed her to take the lead on the build while being supported by our team. With a clever design eye, she created a space with warmth and personality, reflecting her style and the special coastal location.
The result is a bespoke version of a Fraemohs classic – humble in footprint but big on experience.

Room to Live, Play and Recharge

Inside, the timber walls have been painted white, creating a fresh and modern aesthetic that still has the inviting and cosy feel of a timber home. Feature gable windows draw natural light into the open living area, making it feel spacious and light and smart touches like the built-in bookshelf and TV nook keep the interior uncluttered while adding a sense of character.
The spacious bathroom cleverly uses pink feature tiles and a classic style sink, bath and tapware that make it feel like a luxurious sanctuary.
After a swim in the ocean or a ride along the dunes, guests can rinse off under the outdoor shower before unwinding in the courtyard. With beautiful planting, a BBQ and a deck with plenty of room to relax, it’s the perfect spot to embrace a laid-back beach lifestyle.
