Kia ora — we’re Kathy and Andy, the team behind Fraemohs Homes Tasman. We’re locals who love helping people create homes that feel natural, comfortable, and truly connected to the way we live here in the top of the South.
With experience in construction and project management, Andy brings practical know-how and a focus on craftsmanship to every build. Kathy takes care of communication and coordination, making sure the process is clear and enjoyable from start to finish.
We may be a small team, but that’s our strength — when you build with us, you work directly with us. We’re hands-on at every stage, supported by a trusted network of local builders and tradespeople who share our commitment to quality and care.
From design and planning through to handover and beyond, we’re right there beside you, ensuring every detail is finished to the standard we’d expect in our own home.

Our team understands that rural builds often come with extra requirements — from engineering and wastewater design to water tanks and rural firefighting systems. We’ll guide you through every step of the process, helping you meet council and site-specific conditions with ease.
Whether you’re planning to manage your own kitset build or prefer a full build option, we’ll support you all the way — from initial planning through to completion. Building off the beaten path doesn’t have to be complicated when you’ve got an experienced team beside you.
