We’re Etienne and Wiona, and we’re excited to bring Fraemohs Homes to the Manawatū.

With more than 20 years of experience and professional qualifications in construction project management, Etienne brings extensive industry knowledge and a strong commitment to quality. Wiona’s background in 3D design, accounting and marketing brings a complementary creative and business perspective. Together, we offer a well-rounded approach to helping people bring their building dreams to life.

We believe in doing business with honesty, integrity and genuine care for people. Building a home is a significant investment, and we’re committed to making the journey as enjoyable, transparent and straightforward as possible.

We chose Fraemohs because we believe their solid timber homes represent something special. Originally from South Africa, we made New Zealand our home in 2019 and have loved becoming part of the community here. We’re passionate about thoughtful design, safe and healthy homes, sustainability and quality craftsmanship but above all, we’re passionate about people.
