At Fraemohs Mackenzie, we’re proud to be local builders based in Twizel, creating quality design-and-build homes across the Mackenzie District. We work closely with our clients to design and build homes that fit their surroundings and the way they want to live. Whether it’s a holiday retreat, family home, or investment build in Twizel or the wider Mackenzie region, every home is thoughtfully designed for the local climate and the life it’s built to serve.

With decades of experience across building, project management, and design, we offer a complete, start-to-finish service. Our in-house team of skilled builders means we can manage multiple projects at once, maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail. From the first design discussion to the final handover, we’re committed to making the process straightforward, transparent, and enjoyable.
