Opuha Feature Gable 70

What Makes This Plan Special:

Introducing the Opuha Feature Gable, a 70 square metre transportable home designed for families to create lasting holiday memories. Made from sustainably grown New Zealand timber, this home is not only warm and healthy, but also carbon negative thanks to the carbon sequestration properties of timber. Built to withstand earthquakes with Fraemohs’ interlocking timber system, and requiring low maintenance thanks to its single material construction, this Scandinavian inspired design features two bedrooms and a spacious living area, with an added bonus of a mezzanine floor for extra storage (though not suitable as a living or habitable space).
