1. Facebook and Instagram

1.1 Facebook and Instagram Prize Giveaways and Promotions Terms and Conditions

From time-to-time Fraemohs Homes may run promotions and prize giveaways (Promotions) on various Fraemohs Homes Facebook and Instagram pages.

By entering such a Promotion and by accepting a prize, you agree to these terms and conditions:

  1. Fraemohs Homes is the organiser of these Promotions, they are not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
  2. You agree to release Facebook and Instagram from any and all claims and demands arising out of, or in connection with, your participation in any of these Promotions or with any of the prizes offered.
  3. To enter a Promotion the entrant must have taken the action requested, as described in the post relating to the specific promotion.
  4. Only one entry per Facebook or Instagram account is permitted, unless otherwise specified.
  5. Unless otherwise stated, prize winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by the date and time stated in the post. The number of prizes offered will be stated in the post and if multiple prizes are offered, multiple winners will be drawn.
  6. Employees of, or contractors to Fraemohs Homes, their advertising agents, subsidiaries and Fraemohs Homes staff, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  7. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  8. Entrants must be New Zealand residents and be residing in New Zealand at the time of the Promotion.
  9. Entry into the Promotion is restricted to people aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  10. Unless otherwise stated, Promotion winners will be notified through Facebook or Instagram and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

Fraemohs Homes reserves the right to:

  1. offer substitute prizes.
  2. reproduce comments and feedback provided by entrants in promotional material, not limited to but including, website, brochures, and other online channels.
  3. put an age limit or other restrictions on Promotions and or prizes which must also comply with New Zealand law where applicable.
  4. remove any content deemed offensive, inappropriate, or irrelevant to the promotion, as well as any content deemed to be used as promotion of a business or an individual and not in the spirit of the competition.

By entering the competition entrants hereby warrant and agree that:

  1. all information submitted is true, current, and complete.
  2. Fraemohs Homes has the right to reproduce the information, including but not limited to image, video and copy content, as provided by you, across but not limited to Fraemohs Homes social, online, print, audio and video channels, without further reference or compensation of any description.
  3. Fraemohs Homes accepts no responsibility for any tax liability that may arise from any prize.
  4. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Promotion, the decision of Fraemohs Homes will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

2. Prize Draws

2.1 Prize Draws

The following Prize Draws General Terms and Conditions apply to all prize draws on this website, unless otherwise specified.

  1. Entry into the specific prize draw is deemed acceptance of these general terms and conditions and any specific or additional terms and conditions as outlined below.
  2. Employees of Fraemohs Homes, and their immediate families are not eligible for this prize draw.
  3. Proof of purchase and photo ID may be required to claim the prize.
  4. Fraemohs Homes cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
  5. The prize winner will be the first valid entry randomly drawn from eligible entries received within the term.
  6. The prize winner will be notified within 5 working days of the draw and contacted via Instagram or Facebook Messenger.
  7. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable nor negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.
  8. While this prize draw will be administered with all reasonable care and skill, if Fraemohs Homes or its designated agents are unable to make contact with any winner within 5 working days of a draw, Fraemohs Homes reserves the right to declare that entry invalid and draw a new winner on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
  9. Incomplete or incorrect entries are not eligible to win.
  10. Fraemohs Homes accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. Fraemohs Homes does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times during the Promotion Period.

Fraemohs Homes reserves the right to:

  1. substitute prize components of equivalent or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.
  2. disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
  3. change or alter these terms and conditions at any time.

By entering the prize draw, the winner:

  1. consents to Fraemohs Homes publishing comments anonymously and summarised scores in customer communications, Fraemohs Homes websites and in social media channels.

  1. To the greatest extent permitted by law, neither Fraemohs Homes nor any person or party associated with the promotion will be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to, consequential loss) as a result of participating in this promotion or using any part of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  2. All decisions made by Fraemohs Homes are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. Any personal information submitted to Fraemohs Homes through the prize draw will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  4. Entry into this prize draw is restricted to people aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

3. Win Two x All Black’s Tickets (Facebook & Instagram Draw)

Effective 1 September, 2025

3.1 Win Two x All Black’s Tickets Draw Terms & Conditions

Fraemohs Homes Facebook and Instagram Prize Giveaways and Promotions Terms and Conditions apply to this promotion, unless otherwise specified below.

Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these general terms and conditions and any specific or additional terms and conditions as outlined below.

Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to any person (New Zealand residents, companies and other entities) who:

  1. Enters (‘Eligible Entrant’) via Fraemohs Homes Facebook or Instagram between 5pm Wednesday 3 September 2025 and 5pm Monday 8 September 2025 (‘Promotional Period’); and
  2. in the case of individuals, are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  3. Employees of Fraemohs Homes and their immediate families are not eligible for this Prize Draw.

How to Enter

  1. Each Eligible Entrant will be automatically entered into each Prize Draw by completing the required actions outlined at point 2 above.
  2. There will one entry into the Prize Draw for each Eligible Entrant per comment.
  3. The Entrant must be following Fraemohs Homes Facebook or Instagram page to be eligible.
  4. The Entrant may share the competition post to gain a second entry into the competition.
  5. If an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, or in the period when the Prize Draws occur, the Eligible Entrant is solely responsible for contacting Fraemohs Homes to amend those details. Fraemohs Homes does not take any responsibility to ensure that an Eligible Entrant’s details are correct at the time of a Prize Draw.
  6. Incomplete or incorrect entries are not eligible to win.

The Prize

  1. The Prize is two tickets to the All Blacks versus South Africa Test Match on Saturday 13 September, at Sky Stadium, Wellington.
  2. Fraemohs Homes reserves the rights to offer substitute Prizes.

The Prize Draw

  1. There will be one Prize Draw which will be held on Friday 5 September by 5pm.
  2. The person who owns the Facebook or Instagram account which was used to submit the entry is deemed the entrant in the event of any dispute.
  3. The winner will be randomly drawn by Fraemohs Homes from all Eligible Entrants.
  4. The winner will be notified via direct message via the social media account they used to enter the giveaway.
  5. If the winner cannot be contacted by 5pm on the day of the Prize Draw, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and the Prize Draw will be redrawn until a winner is found.
  6. The winner will be notified via direct message on social media and asked for their email address, the winner will then be sent instructions on how to redeem the two tickets.

Further Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the Prize Draw participants agree to the terms of Fraemohs Homes Privacy Policy.
  2. By entering, prize winner(s) agree to be available for reasonable publicity purposes without compensation, including but not limited to photographs and interviews. Entrants acknowledge that their details may be published in various media.
  3. By entering the Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants give Fraemohs Homes the right to reproduce the information, including but not limited to image, video and copy content, as provided by the Eligible Entrant, across (but not limited to) Fraemohs Homes social, online, print, audio and video channels, without further reference or compensation of any description.
  4. Fraemohs Homes may change these terms and conditions if necessary to allow the Prize Draw to run as intended.
  5. Fraemohs Homes cannot accept responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected entries, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
  6. Fraemohs Homes does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times during the Promotion Period.
