PlanHub is an app that enables users to quickly and easily teleport different plan ideas onto any section and generate a site plan instantly. Anyone can experiment with PlanHub to obtain site-specific information for their build or kitset project. Additionally it serves as a sales tool for residential home builders in Australia and New Zealand, providing sales consultants with easy access to sales collateral to share with clients. Fraemohs Homes has exclusive use of PlanHub in New Zealand, while expressions of interest from Australian building companies are being considered.

PlanHub was conceived and developed by Carl, an engineer and part-time programmer on the Fraemohs Homes team, who noticed that his customers struggled with visualising their new home ideas. After years of experience and feedback, Carl developed PlanHub to help his customers see what their homes would look like before any construction took place. Following the great feedback he received, Fraemohs Homes invested in and licensed the app, enabling a wider update of the platform. PlanHub is optimised for iPad, with some functionality available on iPhone, and allows users to experiment with different home plans on actual building sites in New Zealand, making it easy to obtain a price for their design.
