The interlocking timber system makes it earthquake proof, while the single material construction ensures easy upkeep. With a floor area of 58 square meters, this home features two bedrooms and a spacious living area, as well as a monopitch roof which gives it a modern look. This is a low maintenance alternative to the more traditionally styled Opuha Cottage, making it a great long-term investment.
